Essential Qualifications Strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a high school diploma or GED Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Preferred Qualifications Technical support experience, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology Knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support What's In It For You At arenaflex, we champion our people and invest in their success.
