About the Role The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) will be an integral part of our Customer Service Management (CSM) team, responsible for maximizing the customer experience through the day-to-day execution of OTS Supply Chain services. This includes managing customer inquiries, resolving escalations, and optimizing order support processes to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work directly with customers, influence process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and service quality. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day execution of OTS order management for customers, ensuring successful resolution of inquiries and escalations. Drive changes to processes, tools, and products based on customer needs, and collaborate with multiple teams to streamline workflows and prioritize issue resolution. Meet or exceed daily targets for real-time customer alerts and order escalation resolution, leveraging strong problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions that are acceptable to all stakeholders involved, ensuring a consistent customer experience throughout the service request lifecycle. Develop and train global customers on order management and reporting systems, enforcing order management workflows, approvals, and collaborating with Supply Chain execution teams to mitigate risks and prevent disruptions. You will: Independently manage customer queries in a quick and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding operational service level agreements (SLA). Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time feedback from customers to regional and global Customer Service Managers, driving quick resolutions for repetitive complex issues and improving the customer service experience. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, influencing processes across diverse groups to deliver exceptional results for our customers. About the Team Our Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) organization is a dynamic and innovative team that manages a complex suite of IT products and services supporting new site launches and project initiatives across business teams within arenaflex. Our technology solutions power the physical fulfillment operations that directly support shipping packages to millions of customers worldwide. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of program or project management experience. 1+ years of supply chain experience. Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology. Experience in MS Access and SQL. Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents. Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
