Job Overview As a Customer Service Agent for Cargo Operations at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our mission to guarantee freight is moved on time, every time, safely. You will be the face of blithequark freight, communicating directly with clients in person and via telephone. This is an entry-level customer care specialist position, and our managers will provide mentorship to help you set up for success and advance your career. Key Responsibilities Communicate directly with clients to provide exceptional customer service and support Ensure freight is moved on time, every time, safely Work closely with the operations team to coordinate freight transportation Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their shipments Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license. You should also have basic digital proficiency and the ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds. Additionally, you will be required to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.
