About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our Customer Service team at blithequark. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our contact center platform, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional client experiences, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Provide product leadership and management to our contact center platform, including new feature development, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools through close collaboration with our external solution providers. Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy, gather requirements, prioritize features, identify risks and obstacles, communicate, and create a roadmap. Work closely with each Customer Service functional team to deeply understand their vision and challenges and deliver the best solutions together. Manage trade-offs and prioritization of product features through close collaboration with our engineering and data science teams as well as external solution providers or consulting firms. Handle differences in support assumptions in different regions around the world and tailor experiences accordingly. Expand product management responsibility to other platforms as business needs arise. Embody the unique blithequark culture and values. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 3+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products. Ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgment. Strong focus on delivering exceptional client and employee experiences. Proven track record of executing projects that quantifiably improved client and employee experiences. Influential leadership and collaboration without authority. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: excellent listening and presentations, ability to build trust and create helpful relationships cross-functionally is essential. Ability to motivate, drive, and lead engineers and designers. Related experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products, whether external or in-house developed. Related experience focusing on Customer Support. Experience working on global products is also beneficial. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and technologies. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and lean principles. Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including metrics and KPIs. Strong understanding of customer experience principles and design thinking.
