**Experienced Customer Service Agent – Airport Ramp Operations**

Our team is dedicated to providing a positive and inclusive work environment, where every employee has the opportunity to grow and succeed. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination * Working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity, including bending, lifting, standing, and walking * Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service **Benefits and Perks** At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package and a range of perks that will help you keep climbing in your career.
