Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology. At least 2 years of experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of data entry processes and procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and errors in data entry. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve common goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of data entry processes and procedures in this sector. Knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems. Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present data insights to our team.
