Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products and services * Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to pursue them * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement * Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty * Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems * Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a remote sales environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by remote work * Familiarity with sales automation tools and platforms, such as HubSpot or Salesforce * Certification in sales or customer service, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Customer Service Representative
