Key Responsibilities Assist customers with issues and concerns related to Medicaid services, providing clear explanations and solutions to resolve problems efficiently Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to improve their experience and increase customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, leveraging expertise and resources to deliver seamless customer experiences Participate in ongoing training and development programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong computer navigational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new software systems Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and understanding Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to excellence Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with Medicaid services and regulations, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its complexities Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting Work Environment As a remote employee, you will be required to work from a private residence in Nevada, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements. You will need to provide a reliable internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps. arenaflex will provide the necessary equipment, including a webcam, to ensure your success in this role. Physical Demands This position requires constant sedentary work, with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. You must be able to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment, with minimal interruptions and a strong focus on productivity.
