We're now seeking an experienced BCBA Recruitment Specialist to join our recruitment team on a part-time remote basis, driving the hiring process for Mid-Level Supervisors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Position Overview As a BCBA Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a vital role in identifying top talent to join our growing organization. This dedicated recruitment role focuses on evaluating candidates, conducting structured interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the best fit for our open roles. With no clinical responsibilities, you'll be able to concentrate on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that attract exceptional professionals in the ABA field. Key Responsibilities Resume Screening & Application Review: Evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, ensuring they meet the required qualifications and experience. Candidate Assessment: Conduct structured interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to align job requirements with candidate qualifications, assessing their knowledge, skills, and experience. Skills Evaluation: Assess candidates' skills and experience to ensure the best fit for our open roles, providing recommendations to hiring managers. Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, collaborating with candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth process. Best Practices Collaboration: Work with the recruitment team to improve recruitment strategies and interview techniques, staying up-to-date with industry best practices. Onboarding Support: Lead the initial session of New Hire Training, introducing company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Reporting: Prepare and deliver recruitment updates to the Recruitment Manager, providing insights and recommendations to inform recruitment decisions. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the recruitment process, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing needs. Required Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications: Master's degree and active BCBA credential: A Master's degree in a relevant field and an active BCBA credential, demonstrating your expertise in ABA. Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA: At least 3 years of experience working in ABA, providing a deep understanding of the field and its practices. At least 2 years of supervisory experience: A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field, showcasing your ability to lead and manage teams. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 12 PM PST to 4 PM PST (20+ hours per week): A commitment to working the specified hours, ensuring consistency and reliability.
