You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to transforming the way people, businesses, and things connect with each other. **What You'll Be Doing** As an Experienced Customer Sales and Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service with a smile and a solution. * Instilling confidence and loyalty in our customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers. * Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services to meet monthly sales goals and to ultimately deliver an outstanding customer experience. * Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues with empathy and precision. * Responding to requests from customers about arenaflex products and services with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. * Verifying service order accuracy and completeness and making corrections/changes, as needed, to ensure seamless customer experiences. * Negotiating the collection of overdue bills with a focus on finding mutually beneficial solutions. * Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business to ensure 24/7 customer support. * Managing various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers to provide seamless support. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a true consultative salesperson who is energized by meeting sales goals and building relationships with customers.
