Our pharmacists play a critical role in the U.S. healthcare system, providing a wide range of pharmacy and healthcare services, including those that promote equitable access to care for the nation's medically underserved populations. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for collecting, summarizing statistics, and providing evaluation to support Pharmacy & Retail Operations control in both long- and short-term strategic planning and the improvement and implementation of applications. You'll maintain an in-depth knowledge of enterprise tactics and practices related to all aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations in the Retail Hub. Your key responsibilities will include: * Collecting, summarizing statistics, and providing evaluation to support Pharmacy & Retail Operations control in both long- and short-term strategic planning and the improvement and implementation of applications * Maintaining a complete knowledge of enterprise tactics and practices related to all aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations in the Retail Hub * Providing extra complex evaluation of corresponding statistics to build a business case for system and operational technique changes, enhancements, and improvements * Serving as an operational liaison for various projects to drive task execution and communicating relevant task information to stakeholders, both corporately and in the field * Collecting, analyzing, making unique recommendations, and providing data pertaining to proposed applications to meet the business and strategic needs of Pharmacy & Retail Operations and the organization * Managing complex ad-hoc tasks and analyses as needed * Collaborating across Pharmacy & Retail Operations, IT, legal and regulatory, system improvement teams, and others to develop operational solutions * Coaching, mentoring, guiding, and providing oversight to less senior Business Analysts **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 1 year of experience with reading and reporting statistics to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions; OR, High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience with reading and reporting statistics to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions * At least 1 year of experience querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server) * Experience in identifying operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions to solve problems and issues * Experience in communicating the impact of business analysis results to business leaders * Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., placing headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables and/or adjusting table columns) * Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using the SUM function, placing borders, placing column width, placing charts, using text wrap, sorting, placing headers and footers, and/or print scaling) * Intermediate level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., using a template, formatting individual spacing, placing a picture, converting slide format and theme colors, including transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format, and/or formatting font) **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's Degree or MBA * Bachelor's Degree * Retail Pharmacy Experience **Key Advantages of Joining arenaflex as a Remote Worker** Joining arenaflex as a remote employee offers numerous key advantages, reflecting the organization's commitment to providing a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
