Your responsibilities will include: Leading cross-functional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve the customer journey across our Career Accelerator programmes, ensuring alignment with our customer-first, outcomes-led approach. Utilizing data analytics tools, including surveys, dashboards, conversion funnels, and sentiment analysis, to gain deep insights into learner behavior and preferences. Designing and optimizing operational processes and services to enhance the learner experience, improve retention, and drive success outcomes. Collaborating with product, delivery, and tech teams to ensure that improvements are scalable, sustainable, and integrated into our overall service design. Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our learners' needs, preferences, and pain points, using this knowledge to inform service design and process improvements. Requirements for Success To excel as a Customer Journey Optimisation Specialist at blithequark, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. The essential requirements include: Proven experience in improving customer or user journeys using feedback and data-driven insights, preferably in a digital learning or education context.
