The Field Service Technician will provide essential service to clients by installing, servicing, and upgrading mailing and shipping technology, while also troubleshooting and repairing equipment to enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping and Mailing equipment for our clients Support both Hardware and Software solutions Troubleshoot and repair equipment successfully with the goal of reducing Client callbacks Train clients on Pitney Bowes equipment at the time of installation Work in a 100% client facing capacity as a representative of Pitney Bowes Cover a multi-zip code territory requiring significant windshield time Utilize hand tools or small power tools to execute repairs, maintenance, and installations of Pitney Bowes Shipping and Mailing equipment Maintain a safe and clean work environment Skills A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation The ability to lift 55 lbs + with or without accommodation The ability to travel within a multi-zip code territory with up to 80% windshield time The ability to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods of time Complete familiarity with a Windows environment and basic knowledge of PC and Networking Experience with automated equipment Benefits Comprehensive benefits globally Company Overview Pitney Bowes is a global technology company that powers physical and digital transactions that drive commerce.
