As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the heart of our customer service operations, delivering first-class customer service in every interaction. In a fast-paced call center environment, you'll be solving customer issues and acting as a salesperson, product guru, billing expert, and more. You'll be the one on the front line to help us solve our customers' challenges—and deliver on our promise of superior customer service. Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and arenaflex products and services. Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services to enhance their experience. Contacting customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments and working with them to find a resolution. Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues in a fair and timely manner. Verifying service order accuracy and completeness and making corrections/changes, as needed, to ensure seamless delivery of our services. Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business to ensure our customers receive the support they need. Customer Service call center experience is an asset, but not required. A positive, professional attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively.
