About the Role As a Manager, Customer Experience, you will be an integral part of our Consumer Experience team, focusing on teammate support and strategic partnerships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, requiring a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity. You might develop solutions to optimize teammate processes, handle ad-hoc requests from partner teams, or dive into data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the vision and strategy of our Consumer Experience team, aligning with key partnerships and business objectives Own and present key business results to leadership, demonstrating a deep understanding of our consumer support journey Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Tools, to drive improvements in consumer experience Independently analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization, developing actionable plans to achieve business OKRs Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives, leveraging your expertise to drive positive change and growth We’re Looking for To succeed in this role, you should have: 6-8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, product, or related fields, with a focus on support strategy being a plus Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and/or Excel, and the ability to solve complex problems quickly A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, achieving goals, and succeeding in a team environment A growth mindset, with a passion for learning new skills and applying them to drive business outcomes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels A bias towards action, with a willingness to pivot and adapt in response to new information and changing priorities Essential Qualifications In addition to the skills and experience outlined above, you should: Be a strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and execute plans that drive business growth and improvement Have a deep understanding of customer-centric principles, with a focus on delivering exceptional consumer experiences Be an effective communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences Have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in support strategy, with a focus on developing and implementing processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer experience, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Analytics, to drive business outcomes A certification in a related field, such as customer experience, business analytics, or management consulting What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the happiness, healthiness, and overall well-being of our team members.
