Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Japanese Language Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will provide top-notch assistance to our players by solving their queries about the game and providing excellent customer service. You will be using your investigative skills and working with our ticketing system to help players with their game-related issues. Collaboration is essential in this role, and you will work closely with our internal teams to assist with project-related requests and provide feedback to their development team. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to our players via email and chat. Use your investigative skills to resolve game-related issues and respond to player inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to assist with project-related requests and provide feedback to the development team. Work closely with our quality assurance team to identify and report bugs and issues. Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications Excellent Japanese language skills , especially in writing, with a JLPT N1 level certification. Proficient in English and able to use it daily to interact with colleagues. Availability to commute to our Tokyo office when necessary. Familiarity with either MS Office or Google Suite apps and ability to use them effectively. Ready to work full-time, 5 days a week, which may include weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) as well as shifts availability. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, although not required, as we provide full training. Passion for video games, which can make your job more enjoyable, although not crucial. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English. Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Collaboration and teamwork skills and ability to work with internal teams.
