Job Overview As a Customer Experience Data Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving business excellence by analyzing customer data, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining VBA scripts and macros to automate routine tasks, creating interactive dashboards to communicate key supply chain metrics, and integrating new customers and channels into existing processes. You will also be responsible for evaluating cost-to-serve efficiency, proposing improvements, and driving change through data analytics and customer insights. Main Responsibilities Implement VBA and PBI to develop and maintain process automation, data visualization, and reporting tools Design and create interactive and informative dashboards to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders Integrate new customers and channels into existing processes in close alignment with CD Evaluate cost-to-serve efficiency and identify areas of improvement Use customer insights and data analytics to propose and drive improvements Develop and maintain VBA scripts and macros to automate routine tasks within Customer Operation, cost simulation, and performance reporting Requirements for Success To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.
