We are now seeking an experienced Customer Data Analyst with French language proficiency to join our team and play a key role in driving business excellence. Job Overview As a Customer Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting customer data to inform sales strategies, improve operational efficiency, and mitigate risks. You will work closely with our Sales Department to receive and process accurate customer data, propose solutions to improve processes, and ensure timely setup of customer accounts. Your expertise in data analysis, combined with your fluency in French and English, will enable you to make a significant impact on our business and drive growth. Key Responsibilities Cooperate with the Sales Department to receive and process accurate customer data, including CarForms and other relevant documents Propose solutions to improve processes in situations where they are not functioning efficiently, leveraging your analytical skills and knowledge of customer data Correct and timely setup customer accounts, including creation, modification, cancellation, or reactivation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Conduct applicable internal control processes for customer accounts, including protection against fraud risk and identification of suspicious clients in the Trade Automation process (Embargo) Ensure traceability of financial transactions, participating in auditing processes related to customer accounts and collaborating with auditors and internal controllers Implement action plans for internally identified non-compliance points, driving continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements Issue reports requested by partners, customers, or managers, according to agreed-upon dates in operational calendars, demonstrating your ability to communicate complex data insights effectively Create missing procedures and update existing ones for processes within the area of responsibility, ensuring that our operations are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements Essential Qualifications Good knowledge of French (minimum B2 level), with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in a professional context Comfortable using English in a professional context, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly, including Excel and Office suite Team-worker attitude, with a strong ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals Preferred Qualifications Experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing or data analysis capacity, with a strong understanding of customer data and its applications Advanced Excel skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, including the use of tools such as Power BI or Tableau Knowledge of internal control processes and risk management principles, with experience in implementing controls and mitigating risks Experience in auditing processes, including self-assessment of internal control implementation and collaboration with auditors and internal controllers Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a range of skills and competencies, including: Data analysis and interpretation : the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions Communication and collaboration : excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals Problem-solving and critical thinking : the ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement effective fixes, leveraging your knowledge of customer data and internal control processes Time management and organization : the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
