[Remote] Data Researcher
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. S&P Global’s Managed Data Services team is seeking a Data Researcher to oversee the collection and management of private fund data. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying process improvements to meet client needs. Responsibilities Oversee and facilitate the collection of private fund data from financial reports Perform quality control reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of data Collaborate with various internal parties to understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of data Lead and manage ad-hoc projects to satisfy client or business needs Identify and execute opportunities to improve processes and workflows Skills Degree in relevant field Experience with Microsoft Excel, and the motivation to learn new applications Ability to work effectively with others in a team setting while under the pressure of deadlines High attention to detail A strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting Accounting or Finance degree An understanding of programming languages such as SQL is desirable but not required Experience working with large datasets in a live environment Benefits Health & Wellness: Health care coverage designed for the mind and body.
