You will be the face of arenaflex to our clients, serving as a brand ambassador and providing personalized support to meet their unique needs and preferences. Your primary goal will be to create unforgettable experiences for our clients, building loyalty and driving long-term relationships with arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and welcome clients upon arrival at the lounge, providing a warm and personalized experience * Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring seamless and efficient service * Develop creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, building trust and loyalty * Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations, providing attentive and proactive support * Offer personalized recommendations for food, beverages, and travel arrangements * Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet client requirements and exceed their expectations * Provide travel advice and make reservations as needed * Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities **Essential Qualifications** * At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting * Experience in a reservation or travel industry setting is highly desirable * Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and creative solutions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients * Ability to listen attentively to client needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in web-based systems and ability to adapt to new technology * Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific tasks **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a similar role at a luxury or high-end brand * Knowledge of travel industry trends and best practices * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our partners' growth and development.
