**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Methodology Transformation and Innovation**

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a global leader in the financial services industry, with a rich history of innovation and a commitment to excellence. With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, which include over 40 studies translated into 10 languages and deployed in over 20 countries. **The Opportunity** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team as a Senior Statistics Architect. In this role, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of our VOC methodology, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs * Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power customer story evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique ### Essential Qualifications * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization tools * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies * Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts * Certification in data science, analytics, or a related field ### What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the holistic well-being of our colleagues and their loved ones.
