About the Role The Tribe Support and Sales Lead is the central point of contact for all communication with our members and prospective members. This is a hands-on role that requires a unique blend of customer success management, sales, and community building skills. As the voice of arenaflex, you will be responsible for guiding our members through their journey with us, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success. You will also apply your sales talent to help accepted members make informed decisions about joining our community and ensure that our Chapters are always fully booked. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of Tribe Support, managing the department, and overseeing all email communication with the arenaflex community Champion the voice of our members to the rest of the team, ensuring their concerns and perspectives are heard and addressed Help applicants who have been accepted by our Admissions team make informed decisions about joining the community and ensure a smooth onboarding journey Advise members on the best Chapters for their journey and discuss concerns Write member-facing documentation, PDFs, and communications to inform the community about big updates Set aside time to make impactful, long-term improvements and carefully document all processes within your department Who We Are At arenaflex, we are a family of like-minded individuals who share a passion for community building, remote work, and personal growth. You have a strong background in customer experience management, sales, and community development. You are a natural communicator, a strategic thinker, and a problem-solver. You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. You are a team player who is always looking for ways to improve and grow. Compensation and Perks We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
