Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, your duties will include but are not limited to: Assisting specific, assigned clients in all operational duties to ensure seamless service delivery Compiling and updating necessary documents and contracts for clients to maintain accurate records Running internal, analytical reports to support operational needs and inform business decisions Obtaining and processing all client information and transactions with precision and attention to detail Performing administrative and clerical duties as necessary to support the team and ensure efficient operations Processing return mail and bankruptcies in a timely and efficient manner Documenting all processes and procedures and filing them efficiently to maintain organized records Sending weekly and monthly client remits on a timely basis to ensure prompt communication Conducting weekly and monthly client performance calls to review progress and address concerns Assisting consumers and clients through the Client Services phone to provide exceptional customer support Assisting the Client Services Supervisor with tasks as they arise to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Prior experience in a Client Services or Customer Support position, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems High School Diploma, or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analysis A team-player mentality with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels within the organization and with clients Self-motivation and proactivity, with an eagerness to exceed objectives and take on new challenges The ability to complete projects quickly, accurately, and efficiently, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills Client-focused with strong abilities to deliver superior customer service and build strong relationships with clients A great attitude, demeanor, and interest in learning, with a willingness to adapt to new situations and challenges Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Strong typing and data entry skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving results Skills and Competencies In addition to the requirements and qualifications listed above, the ideal candidate will possess: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members A strong focus on customer service, with the ability to deliver exceptional support and build strong relationships with clients The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges, with a strong focus on professional development and growth Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
