Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their queries. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed. Process customer requests, such as transactions, refunds, or exchanges, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our call center database, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information. Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices. Develop and implement reporting requirements as directed by supervisors or managers. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance and support to other team members on complex customer issues. Assist in the training and onboarding of new hires, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them succeed. Participate in quality assurance activities, providing feedback and insights to improve our customer support processes. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training is a plus. Previous customer support experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment.
