About Our Customer Experience Team Our Customer Experience team is the heartbeat of blithequark, directly supporting our customers at every stage of their journey. As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support, identifying customer trends, collecting product feedback, and triaging software bugs. Your insights will inform product and policy improvements, ensuring that blithequark remains an effortless component of our customers' work lives. Recent Team Accomplishments Launched company-wide shadowing to bring everyone closer to our customers Introduced AI operations tasks to enhance automation and AI services Collaborated with product, design, and engineering teams to address customer pain points and drive positive change Job Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supporting customers via phone, chat, and email channels during blithequark's support business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET) Maintaining our customer-facing Help Center, creating and improving articles to ensure customers have the information they need Representing the Voice of Customer to our product, engineering, design, and business teams, ensuring customer needs are top of mind Identifying gaps in internal processes and developing improvements Communicating customer feedback and support trends to the rest of the company Requirements for Success To thrive in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of experience providing outstanding customer support in a tech or startup environment Experience with common customer experience platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom) An aptitude for working with customers over the phone and keeping conversations productive Comfort working remotely and experience with distributed teams across different time zones Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving An interest in identifying patterns in customer conversations and bringing constructive feedback to product and/or engineering teams Preferred Qualifications First-hand experience as a freelancer, gig worker, side-hustler, or self-employed individual A basic understanding of banking, personal finance, and/or taxes What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing a competitive compensation package and a range of benefits, including: A salary range of $30 - $33 per hour A generous benefits package, including 401K, FSA, and Commuter Benefits Paid parental leave and flexible vacation policy Comprehensive health benefits, with 100% coverage for employees and 90% coverage for dependents Meaningful equity and the opportunity to work with a talented, diverse team Flexible work arrangements, including fully remote work options Our Culture and Values At blithequark, we're passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
