We're committed to supporting employees' happiness, healthiness, and overall well-being by providing comprehensive benefits and perks. **Job Highlights** * Full-time position with a direct contract with blithequark * Weekly pay (every Friday) * Competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $15,000 MXN monthly, monthly wellness bonus of $1,000 MXN, and performance bonus of up to $3,750 MXN * Additional benefits, including paid personal days, work-from-home equipment, life insurance, Aguinaldo, and savings fund * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing team, with a focus on customer experience and support * Collaborative and inclusive work environment, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for: * Handling three main channels: Inbound Calls, Chats, and Emails for blithequark's partner merchants, customers, and dashers worldwide * Addressing time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or troubleshooting with professionalism in a timely manner * Developing deep expertise in how blithequark's processes, systems, and resources work, and how to use them to drive positive outcomes * Demonstrating effective communication skills and relationship-building * Exceling at Quality! We want to be the best Customer Experience Company out there! **Essential Qualifications** * At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting customer issues using email, phone, and chat * Fluent English language skills, with above-average technical fluency (typing speed of 40 WPM) * Experience in a fast-paced customer service role, with resilience in an ever-changing environment * Effective written communication skills, including top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually using blithequark's brand voice and tone * Highly-motivated individual that works well in a team environment * Above-average technological fluency, including smartphone application navigation, computer function navigation, and hotkeys for copy/paste, opening multiple tabs, and email **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience maintaining a high level of professionalism * Customer-centric and love helping people * High emotional intelligence and great at building relationships * Very organized, with the ability to juggle both issue resolution and concise communication **Why You'll Love Working at blithequark** * We are leaders - Leadership is not limited to our management team.
