Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team at blithequark in San Angelo - W Beauregard. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties, including greeting customers, determining their needs, and providing guidance and assistance as required. You will work closely with our Collision Estimators to handle drop-offs, map and mark vehicles, arrange customer transportation, prepare paperwork, and perform active customer deliveries. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, and that their vehicles are repaired efficiently and to the highest standards. You will be expected to communicate effectively with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors, and to adhere to all blithequark's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines and standards.
