About the Role The Customer Experience team at arenaflex is dedicated to driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the products they ordered as quickly as possible and resolving any issues that may arise. Your goal will be to provide a positive experience for our users, and you will be expected to interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities Interact with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive experience, resolving all customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and high-quality manner. Become an expert in arenaflex's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users. Work with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions, seeking out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience. Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience. Utilize customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently. Essential Qualifications Open to working overnight shifts from 10pm - 7:00am PST. 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services. Weekend availability required. Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations. Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom. Obsession with customers and a customer-first approach. Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous start-up experience. Knowledge of collectibles. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
