Key Responsibilities Triage substantial residential and commercial property losses by assessing client needs and providing personalized support Serve as the primary point of contact for a variety of clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Coordinate hotel stays within budget, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and support Collaborate with other support departments to ensure seamless transactions and resolve issues efficiently Assist with special projects and training of new colleagues on processes and systems, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help others succeed Monitor jobs throughout the entire process, ensuring adherence to procedures and delivering high-quality results Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service, hospitality, or a related field At least three years of customer concierge or claims customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results Strong knowledge of concierge department systems and processes, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly Detailed knowledge of other support departments, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and handle conflict, with a calm and professional demeanor Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and clearly PC literate, including Microsoft Office products, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders Ability to work independently or in a team environment, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-manage and stay motivated Knowledge of managed repair strategies and processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to resolve complex issues Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly Certifications or training in customer service, hospitality, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
