Key Responsibilities Perform outbound calls to execute employment verification procedures in accordance with arenaflex and federal guidelines. Enter and verify client data in various systems with attention to detail to maintain accurate, up-to-date records. Gather driver information to complete DOT compliance regulation tasks. Utilize multiple systems with speed and accuracy to execute compliance services. Stay informed about arenaflex services and the compliance requirements pertinent to the industry. Protect company and client information in accordance with arenaflex policies and procedures. Maintain your understanding of regulations and arenaflex products and services through continuous learning. Support Department of Transportation compliance activities. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Consistent internet connectivity with prior remote work experience.
