Job Summary We're offering a unique work-from-home opportunity for experienced Customer Care Representatives to be part of our dynamic team. As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from clients and employees, providing education, and resolving complex HR and financial issues. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $15.50 - $16 per hour. Key Responsibilities Handling a high volume of inbound calls from clients and employees to answer questions, provide education, and solve complex HR and financial issues related to their health care benefits, 401k savings, and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, etc. Processing transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections. Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support, including assisting callers in navigating the system. Creating and updating files in our database and communicating with third parties to research and assist customers with updates or inquiries. Providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, and adapting to changing situations. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a customer-facing role. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening skills. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple screens and systems. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and adapt to changing situations. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your application: Experience in HR, benefits administration, or a related field. Knowledge of healthcare benefits, 401k savings, and retirement plans. Previous experience working with complex systems and software. Bilingual or multilingual skills.
