As a Customer Service Representative, also known as a Concierge Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding support to our members via phone, chat, and email, helping them navigate the complexities of healthcare and find the right providers for their needs. As a member of our customer service team, you'll be an integral part of this journey, working closely with our members to understand their needs and provide personalized support. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to our members via phone, chat, and email, providing education and guidance on their benefits and helping them find the right healthcare providers. Follow best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting improvements to our processes and procedures as needed. Maintain a high level of organization within blithequark's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite, to ensure seamless issue resolution and member support. Relay member feedback to our product and operations teams to drive improvements to our solution and enhance the overall member experience. Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and helping people solve their problems. To succeed in this role, you'll need: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compassionate responses to member inquiries. A high level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness, with the ability to navigate multiple tools and platforms. A passion for working in a rapidly evolving startup environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experiences will give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field. Familiarity with healthcare benefits, insurance, and provider networks. Experience working with CRM software, such as Zendesk, and G Suite applications. A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues.
