You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing education, answering questions, and solving complex HR and financial issues related to their health care benefits, 401k savings, and retirement plans. If you possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to adapt to changing situations, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities:** - Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees to answer questions, provide education, and solve complex HR and financial issues related to their health care benefits, 401k savings, and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, etc. - Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections. - Leverage your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support, including assisting the caller in navigating the system as needed. - Create and update files in our database and communicate with third parties to research and assist the customer with updates or inquiries. - Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to clients' employees. **Essential Qualifications:** - 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their employees. - Strong computer navigation skills, with the ability to toggle between multiple screens and systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously. - Empathy and active listening skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in the healthcare or financial services industry. - Knowledge of HR and financial systems, including benefits administration and payroll processing. - Certification in customer service or a related field. - Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients and their employees in multiple languages. **Skills and Competencies:** - Telephone etiquette and active listening skills. - Adapting to change and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Customer service and problem-solving skills. - Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems. - Empathy and understanding of clients' needs and concerns. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their employees. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
