As a part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clinical research team to ensure the smooth execution of clinical trials. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Transcribing source data into various electronic data capture (EDC) systems per protocol requirements and following established standards * Verifying the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents * Following established standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practice (GCP), and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of all EDC activities * Answering queries within the EDC system in a timely manner * Assisting the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files per ERAs established standards * Preparing and scanning documents into EDC systems and ERAs database * Assisting the clinical team with preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members * Flexibility during our growth stage * Ability to work a 4-hour shift, Monday to Friday **Desired Skills & Qualifications** While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be highly desirable: * 1-2 years of experience in data entry * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience with Microsoft Office * Knowledge of research EDC systems (Veeva Vault, Medrio, IBM, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc.) **Why Join arenaflex?** As a part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + Dental insurance + Health insurance + Paid time off + Referral program + Retirement plan + Vision insurance * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative organization * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry, we'd love to hear from you.
