Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing them with accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to their problems. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build trust and rapport with our members, ensuring a positive experience and promoting loyalty to our brand. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of incoming calls and engage in face-to-face conversations to provide information and resolve customer issues Determine member needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general questions about our products and services, and troubleshooting complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries Offer compensation and alternatives as required, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively Act as a liaison between members, vendors, purchasing, and operations staff to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues Utilize various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats, demonstrating proficiency in technology and multitasking Employ critical thinking and decisive reasoning skills to determine order/item/delivery issues and provide effective solutions Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED preferred Certifications/Certificates: E-commerce Customer Service Specialist Certification after completion of a 14-day training program Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred Skills/Abilities: Customer service, computer literacy, professional business writing, typing (minimum typing speed of 30 wpm), and excellent communication skills required Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and abilities are highly desirable: Solid background in customer service, including excellent interpersonal skills, prompt friendly assistance, and exceptional follow-through Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to take ownership and resolve issues in a proactive and efficient manner Ability to demonstrate learning and problem-solving skills Strong time management skills Bilingual capabilities are a plus Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
