Provide support to blithequark partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers, to ensure that they have a positive experience working with us. Document and track customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience, sharing feedback and insights to drive positive change. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and efficiently. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. You should have proven experience in customer support or a related field, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, with experience working in a remote environment preferred. Familiarity with blithequark services and the food delivery industry is a plus, as well as experience working with CRM software and other customer support tools. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to work in multiple time zones.
