About the Role: Customer Care Professional We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team at blithequark. As a brand built on exceeding expectations to deliver the best customer experience, it is essential to have the most excellent partners. As the face of the organization, you will make positive interactions with our clients every day, from organizing a remarkable travel or lifestyle experience to assisting them with their daily needs. You will develop your skills through industry-leading training and ongoing education, all while knowing that you are setting the standard for world-class, client-first support. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and managers, learning about their needs, and suggesting the right blithequark products Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and different components of blithequark services Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals Provide exceptional customer care by responding to questions regarding accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment Record important account data according to established policies and procedures Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices Essential Qualifications: Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, intelligence, and strong written and verbal communication Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (2 years+) Ability to work in a speed-measured environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a remote data entry or customer support role Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping you grow and develop in your career.
