Job Description and Key Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for driving client satisfaction and partner engagement, mentoring partners on appropriate customer care procedures, and ensuring that our team is providing the highest level of customer service. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing coaching and guidance to partners on customer care procedures and ensuring that the team is equipped to handle high-volume sales periods Resolving customer escalations in a timely and professional manner, both in-store and through our customer care channels Monitoring client flow through checkouts and taking action to ensure that customers are receiving quick and friendly service Collaborating with Associate Senior Managers (ASMs) on formal performance discussions and discipline, as well as recognizing partners for demonstrating value-based behaviors and productivity Participating in the selection and hiring process for new partners, as well as providing input on partner performance and development Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor partners Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer escalations in a timely and professional manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances Preferred Qualifications and Experience While not essential, the following qualifications and experience are preferred: Experience in entire store management, with a strong understanding of store operations and customer care procedures Large box retail experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role Home improvement industry experience, with a strong understanding of our products and services Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our partners.
