Essential Qualifications 4 years of customer service experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders. Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries, with the ability to analyze complex information and provide accurate and helpful responses. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong educational foundation and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
