Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Care and Visual Service Leader to join our team at arenaflex. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, utilizing filtering gear technology to manage orders, and proactively monitoring order management systems to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities Work at least 2 movements each month, with adaptable movements to get on a case-by-case basis/accessibility Commit to approximately 28 hours/week, including weekend shifts and at least 1 four-hour shift every weekend Utilize filtering gear technology to find and pick orders through the Stockroom Management System Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all orders have been received properly and that detailed descriptions are provided for any Overage/Deficiency/Harm issues Identify units for storage or shipment accurately Lift and move products up to 75 pounds unassisted and 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift Essential Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old At least 6 months of careful chooser experience preferred Comfortable with repetitive lifting of 75+ lbs. unassisted and moving products 150+ lbs. unassisted or via team lift Able to read and communicate in English for your safety and the safety of those working around you Bachelor's degree required Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role or warehouse environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with material handling equipment and technology Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be comfortable with repetitive lifting and moving of products, and able to adapt to changing situations and priorities. Additionally, you should be proficient in English and able to read and communicate effectively.
