Job Summary and Objective In this critical role, you will serve as a key liaison between our business customers, internal representatives, and support teams to resolve a wide range of inquiries, concerns, and issues. Key Responsibilities Interact with business customers via phone and email to address their questions, concerns, and issues related to their wireless products and services. Confer with businesses by telephone and email to provide information about our products and services, ensuring they are well-informed and empowered to make the most of their solutions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of business interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken, to ensure seamless follow-up and issue resolution. Process service requests through appropriate channels to facilitate timely reconciliation, ensuring correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved on all requests. Conduct account analysis and reviews, as well as proposals, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and to optimize our customers' experiences. Follow up with businesses to document their experience with our service, gathering feedback and insights to inform our continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including B2B representatives, to ensure optimal care and support for our business customers. Daily use of Word, Excel, Salesforce, and spreadsheets, with extensive and accurate typing required to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including: High School diploma or equivalent experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales, as well as customer service over the phone, is highly preferred. Adaptability, attention to detail, customer focus, organizational awareness, planning, and organizing skills are essential for success in this role. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas and opinions clearly in properly structured, well-organized, and grammatically correct reports or documents.
