As a key member of our member services team, you will be the voice of blithequark, providing exceptional support via phone, chat, and email. Your expertise will be built around our product, operations, and the unique needs of our members, ensuring that every interaction is informative, empathetic, and solution-focused. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to blithequark members through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email, offering personalized guidance and education to help them maximize their benefits and find the right healthcare providers. Follow established best practices for handling member inquiries, continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting innovative solutions. Efficiently manage and organize your workload using blithequark's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite, to ensure seamless operations and high productivity. Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, ensuring that every issue is addressed promptly and effectively. Maintain a detailed, working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, staying up-to-date with industry developments and blithequark's evolving solutions. Relay member feedback to our leadership teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of blithequark's services and solutions. Candidate Profile To excel in this role, you should possess a genuine passion for helping others, coupled with the ability to think creatively and empathetically. Your experience in customer-facing environments has taught you the importance of remaining calm under pressure, and you have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in fast-paced settings.
