About the Customer Service Representative Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers who have purchased extended warranty contracts for wireless cell phone handsets. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, and a relentless drive to own the customer's problem and resolve it. You will be a team player who values collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect. You will be able to adapt well to change, think outside the box to resolve problems, and multi-task using technology, including call handling. A minimum high school diploma or GED is required, and previous customer service experience is preferred.
