Job Overview Our Customer Service Representatives help solve problems, answer questions, and provide information to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. While working with customers, you will be expected to provide outstanding support and assistance. As a temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a team that delivers high-quality client service consistent with blithequark standards and practices, maintaining relationships with existing clients and responding to questions via phone in a call center environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality client service consistent with blithequark standards and practices and maintain relationships with existing clients. Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment. Solve customer issues regarding employee benefits, researching problems and processing documents. Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics. About the Role This is an ongoing temporary position where the hours can vary from part-time to up to 40 hours/week during peak times. Any hours worked for the position will be between Monday – Friday, between 8am – 5pm, Eastern Time. This is a fully remote position, and blithequark will provide you with all the equipment, as long as you have your own high-speed internet. The pay for the position is $15.50/hr. About You Requirements: High school diploma. Customer service experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills. Nice to Have: A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll. Call center experience.
