Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Training Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Compliance Training Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering compliance training programs that align with regulatory requirements and company policies. Key Responsibilities Training Program Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and update compliance training programs that align with regulatory requirements and company policies. Content Creation: Create engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and documentation, to deliver effective compliance training to employees. Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring employees have a clear understanding of compliance guidelines and procedures. Assessment and Evaluation: Implement assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Compliance Reporting: Generate reports on compliance training completion and provide insights to management for informed decision-making. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, or a related field is required. Proven experience: Proven experience in compliance training, preferably in the financial services industry, is necessary. Strong knowledge: Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards is essential. Excellent communication skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to deliver effective compliance training to employees. Detail-oriented: You must be detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities to ensure compliance training programs are accurate and effective. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be an asset: Advanced degree: An advanced degree in a related field, such as a Master's degree in Business or Compliance, is preferred. Certifications: Certifications in compliance or training, such as the Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or the Certified Training Professional (CTP), are preferred. Experience in financial services: Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly in a compliance or training role, is preferred.
