About the Role As a Concierge Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, promoting our warranty program and ancillary offerings through phone and email contact. You will be responsible for calling leads generated through company efforts, making contact with hard-to-reach customers, and managing a large volume of work. Your excellent communication and sales skills will be essential in qualifying, overcoming objections, negotiating, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities Promote the APHW warranty program and ancillary offerings through phone and email contact Call leads generated through company efforts that have indicated an interest in our warranty or may have an interest in our warranty Make contact with hard-to-reach customers and document all activity Handle a large volume of work, making 100+ phone calls per day and answering inbound calls using strong listening and presentation skills Lead management and sales growth through a consultative sales approach Effectively communicate our value proposition to customers and overcome objections Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, integrity, and values. You will be a self-motivated professional with excellent communication and sales skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
