Key Responsibilities Analyze data and prepare analytics, including pricing and financial models, using advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and SQL techniques. Develop and maintain sophisticated forecasting and underwriting models, utilizing advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, INDEX + MATCH, SUMIFS, and formula auditing. Query and examine large and complex data sets using intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Access, SAS, and SQL. Track, evaluate, report, and automate efforts to improve current pricing mechanisms and recommend process upgrades. Identify and resolve pricing issues through data analysis, retrieving and examining both internal and third-party data. Provide compensation rate recommendations based on complex pricing models for multimillion-dollar opportunities. Communicate and collaborate with business partners across various functional areas, including finance, reporting, operations, business development, and sales. Present pricing concept recommendations, data analysis, and financial models to management and leadership on a regular basis. Prepare senior-level executive documentation, including Executive Governance Memos. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Pharmacoeconomics, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least three years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Contracting, Finance, Account Management, or Pricing. Knowledge and understanding of data, business metrics, and operational processes. Strong critical thinking skills and experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information to executives and leaders across the organization. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task concurrent assignments while meeting time limits with high-quality output. Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Additional experience in data analysis, pricing, or a related field. Advanced skills in data analysis tools and software. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
