As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our customer-centric approach, providing top-notch service and support to our customers across various channels. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries via inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence. Process product orders and provide prompt and efficient responses and resolutions to customer requests, utilizing multiple screens, systems, and websites. Assist customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders, returns, and product information. Analyze and process customer requests for return authorization and credits, ensuring accurate billings and shipments. Maintain effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow regarding sales, promotions, and problems. Provide technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries. Participate in special projects, such as servicing customers over social media platforms and handling warranty claims. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Must reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:30 pm CST. Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Reliable internet and a quiet place to work without distractions. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience in a call center or remote environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: $13.80 - $17.25 USD per hour. Earn $16.00 per hour (guaranteed). Full-time or part-time hours available (20 hours/week minimum). Work from home for the entire seasonal assignment. Discounts available for blithequark brands.
