If you are a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional patient and customer experiences by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Register sales on assigned sales register, collect cash, and process returns, exchanges, and voids as necessary. * Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stockrooms. * Process stock receipts, checks, and other transactions accurately and efficiently. * Develop and maintain displays, including seasonal and promotional displays, and reset and update displays as directed. * Assist with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked foods) and product placement as determined by strategies and systems. * Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo services, banner print, and creative machine services. * Take on web pick-up responsibilities (screen orders in Picture Care, handle orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store). * Assist with external and internal support by maintaining a clean, neat, and organized store environment and appearance. * Conform to all company policies and procedures and maintain respectful relationships with colleagues. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours. * Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems and equipment. * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably with blithequark. * Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico). * Familiarity with store systems and equipment, including cash registers, scanners, and credit card machines. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment. * Familiarity with store systems and equipment. * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our team members' growth and development.
