Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Compensation Specialist at KBR, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs and processes that support our global workforce. Key Responsibilities Conduct and participate in compensation surveys to ensure access to relevant market data for all benchmark positions. Contribute to the administration of merit and incentive programs in Workday to ensure accurate pay calculations for payroll processing. Manage global incentive participation and communications in Workday. Maintain the integrity of data housed in compensation-specific databases and systems. Assist in calculating deferred compensation payments and maintaining KBR's Non-Qualified Plans. Respond to participant queries about their NQP elections and distributions. Assist with NQP enrollment process, including providing newly eligible participant data and validating elections. Manage the LTI program, new grants, vesting of RSUs, and exercises of stock options. Facilitate quarterly dividend payments and manage insider trading windows within the stock administrative system. Design and produce standard and ad hoc reports in Workday and other systems for use in management decision-making. Follow, maintain, and update established guidelines, processes, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, including SOX 404. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in Compensation, preferably with 1 year of Workday experience. Stock administration experience, with experience working with Fidelity's stock plan and non-qualified system being a plus. Affinity with Financial Data and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, as well as proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, interacting effectively with all levels of personnel. Ability to be a proactive, self-starter who understands the details within a much larger context. Ability to foster and maintain strong working relationships with end-users, peers, and leaders. Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties to achieve the most critical business needs first and manage multiple projects in an organized manner.
